It was a busy busy week last week - Missy's parents came down from Pittsburgh to spend Easter with us here in Georgia and we spent a lot of time out and about. We had some complimentary tickets to THE HIGH MUSEUM OF ART so we headed to Atlanta to check out the FRIDA & DIEGO exhibit. In the lobby, there was this cool "bench" made from a TREE TRUNK and some chair backs:
The LAST TIME Missy and I were at The High, we didn't get a chance to see any of the Frida & Diego exhibit because we were too busy punching out ONE-INCH BUTTONS with students during their "College Night" celebration. We weren't allowed to take photos in the exhibit, but I couldn't resist and managed to secretly click off a few shots with my camera...
After the exhibit, we explored the other floors of the The High Museum and looked at even more ART...
One of my favorite parts of the museum is dedicated to the funky religious outsider folk art of the REVEREND HOWARD FINSTER...
At the end of the night, the museum gathered all the DONATION BOXES together, making an accidental piece of art:

MISSY - When Raoul ripped his pants at the Bulldog Inn Art Show!
RAOUL - As I was crawling out of a giant vagina that was part of this big art installation, I accidently ripped a hole in my pants that went from my knee to my crotch. We rushed home to change my pants and then rushed back to see the rest of this crazy art show.
