Halloween!

We had so much fun on Halloween! This year my brother Greg and my sister-in-law came to visit for the weekend. We had a good time going downtown and showing them Halloween Athens-style! Here is Raoul as the We Buy Gold guy, and Greg as a Zombie Michael Jackson!


Cristina was a piece of sushi! I love this costume!


I was Project Runway's Christian Siriano. He is one of my favorite winners of Runway, next to Leanne Marshall! I think my hand drawn Mood bag really takes my costume to a whole new level.


Here is my outfit at work on our costume contest day. It does not help to win a contest when only a select few know who you are, and when everyone thinks you say "Christine" when you say "Christian."

Halloween Pumpkins

My brother, Greg, and his wife, Cristina, came for a visit this past weekend. We got to carve pumpkins together. Here is how they turned out! Above is Cristina's jack-o-lantern. We thought it looked like a cartoon character from Rugrats. Remember Rugrats?


Greg made a skull jack-o-lantern. His inspiration was Day of the Dead decor. The top flowery shape even glowed!


I made my pumpkin with a linoleum cutter and made the inside wall thin so it would glow.


I also made this mini jack-o-lantern, too. This one was very easy to cut. I think next year I am going for mini pumpkins!
