Last night, Missy and I headed downtown to attend the DESIGN*SPONGE book-signing at CINE. It was the cherry on top of a busy week that started last week when Greg and Cristina (Missy's older brother and his wife) came to visit us for Halloween weekend. Last night's shindig was the THIRD book-signing we went to in 4 days...Sunday, we saw local celebrity chef HUGH ACHESON (Top Chef, 5 and 10) signing his new book at our local Barnes & Noble (we ended up not buying it because it didn't have enough vegetarian dishes...sorry Hugh!); Monday night (Halloween night) we saw DAVID SEDARIS tell stories at the Classic Center and then stood a couple of hours in line for him to sign our book; and last night, we had superstar blogger GRACE BONNEY sign our copy of her new book. Throw in seeing KATHLEEN HANNA and AD ROCK at the High Museum in Atlanta Saturday night (post coming soon) and it's safe to say that it's been a pretty star-studded week!
