Sooooo...at work they put in this really really nice and cushy CARPETING...just in time for one of the worst SNOWSTORMS in the history of Georgia (they don't get too many here!). In order to protect the new carpeting from soggy and dirty footwear, the resourceful folks at the company took flattened SHIPPING BOXES from our warehouse and created cardboard paths up and down our hallways - the exact opposite of the "red carpet treatment". It was an amusing sight to see on our first day back at work after being snowed in for a couple of days...
Crossing the enclosed pedestrian bridge from one building to the next, we could look down on the salty trail cutting a path through the snowy courtyard.
