Last week, Missy and I officially found out that we are going back to CHINA for work. We'll be leaving towards the end of March and won't be back for a couple of weeks. This will be my third time going to China and only Missy's second time. I never fully finished blogging about my last trip to China - I think at the time I gave in to some serious jet lag, and as the trip got further and further away from me, I grew less and less interested in blogging about it. Anyways, I dug up some unpublished photos from that last trip. These are all photos I took in Fuzhou, China, during a particularly pretty day. It's a trip to see something like a giant statue of MAO TSE TUNG standing not so far away from a multi-story shopping mall, complete with a Chinese version of DAIRY QUEEN...
Yes...you CAN get a BLIZZARD or a MOOLATTE in China...Yanqui Imperialism at it's finest!
People on scooters enjoy the same rights as pedestrians...we crossed above a busy avenue while dodging scooter riders on a pedestrian bridge...
